These Terms govern your use of the mobile applications published by Kutluca Labs ("we", "us"), including HuePanic, GLYPHIX, MagneBlock, and InkedApp (collectively, "the Applications"). By downloading or using any of the Applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Applications.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an InkedApp account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We ask for your date of birth at registration and refuse accounts to anyone under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will terminate it and delete the associated data.
Our games do not require an account and are not directed to children.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on InkedApp. Accounts that break the rules below are removed.
You are solely responsible for the content you write, send, or post. You agree not to:

We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Automated screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee: it can be evaded, and we do not pre-approve or endorse content written by users.
Some profiles and notice-board posts in InkedApp are generated automatically by us so that the app is not empty while its community grows. These are not real people, and any letters received from them are machine-generated. Do not treat them as real correspondents.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Applications on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Applications, nor use our names, logos, or trademarks, except as permitted by applicable law. All intellectual property rights in the Applications remain with Kutluca Labs.
You retain ownership of the content you write. By sending or posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Applications.
Some Applications offer virtual currency (for example, "Ink Drops") and other items for purchase.
The Applications are supported by advertising, including optional rewarded video advertisements you may choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards. Advertising is handled by Google AdMob. Advertisers are third parties and we are not responsible for the content of their advertisements or the products they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data and consent are handled.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Application or feature at any time. We may release updates that must be installed for the Application to continue functioning. If we discontinue an Application entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in advance.
You may stop using the Applications and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would create a risk to other users. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
The Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that letters will always be delivered. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kutluca Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Applications. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Applications is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, whether online or offline. You interact with other users at your own risk. Never share your home address, financial details, or other sensitive personal information with a correspondent.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those places these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Türkiye], without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
For Applications obtained from the Apple App Store, the following applies:
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when they last changed. Where a change is material, we will give notice within the Applications before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Applications after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
